- Ben serves as the Client Success Manager at Around The House Home Solutions, where he is responsible for customer communication, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact through project completion.
- Ben works closely with both customers and the operations team to answer questions, resolve concerns, and make sure expectations are clearly communicated. His role is centered on responsiveness, organization, and helping homeowners feel confident and informed throughout the process.
- Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife exploring the Colorado outdoors, traveling, and staying active. He has a background in competitive rowing, an experience that shaped his discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail — qualities he brings into his role each day.
