Director of Operations
- Maxx Byerly serves as the Director of Operations at Around The House Home Solutions, where he oversees day-to-day execution, job scheduling, materials coordination, and operational systems that ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- He graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder with a dual major in Finance and Accounting. Since joining the company in 2021, Maxx has developed a deep understanding of both the operational and financial sides of the business, working closely with installation teams, service support, and leadership to improve consistency and execution.
- Maxx plays a key role in bridging sales and operations, ensuring job details, materials, and scheduling are aligned before work begins. His analytical background and hands-on experience allow him to identify inefficiencies and implement systems that support sustainable growth.
- Outside of work, Maxx enjoys disc golf, biking, and hiking, and has a strong appreciation for the outdoors. After graduating, he spent several months traveling and camping along the West Coast — an experience that reflects his independent mindset and problem-solving approach.
